Collection & Usage of Personal Information.

The types of personal information Quail Direct may collect includes your:

Name, date of birth, gender, marital status and family details (As an example, this may include the name of a child if a personalised product is ordered). Residential, business and postal address, email address, contact telephone numbers. Identification details. Password for online access. Testimonials. Photos of you (As an example, this may include Photographs of our Prize Draw winners). Financial information, such as credit card details. Written contact with Quail Direct. Information relating to your access to our website. Information provided to Australia Post. Activities, including but not limited to lifestyle and other interests.

Cookies. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's web browser while the user is browsing that website. Quail Direct utilise this to better interact with your computer and provide a better overall experience when browsing through our website. It is not used for any other type of data collecting, other than what you personally provide us with.

Quail Direct also collects personal information (which may include sensitive information) from its employees (past, current and future) in order to provide a range of employment related services.

Quail Direct collects personal information from job applicants and referees or recruitment agencies and related service providers. The information collected may include your name, address contact details, employment and education history, the names of your referees and other relevant information. This information we collect about you will be used for recruitment purposes and may be disclosed to third party service providers who provide recruitment related services to us.

Whilst you may opt not to provide us with your personal information, you should be aware that without this personal information, we may not be able to provide you with some of the services and/or products you are seeking.

How does Quail Direct use your personal information?

When will Quail Direct disclose your personal information?

Sometimes we use third party platforms and services to process sales, provide web support, send marketing messages, deliver products or otherwise deliver information. These services are hosted and managed by organisations other than ourselves and some of these services are hosted overseas.

Quail Direct will not normally charge a fee for processing an access request unless the request complex or is resource intensive

Quail Direct DOES NOT sell or rent email addresses to any 3rd party.

Quail Direct allows its customers to communicate with it anonymously wherever that is reasonable and practicable. Quail Direct will not make it mandatory for visitors to its website to provide Personal Information unless Personal Information is required to answer an inquiry, provide a service or fulfil an order. Quail Direct may request visitors to provide Personal Information voluntarily.
