Ordering by Phone or Mail:
Phone order
This is the quickest and simplest method or ordering! Please ensure that you have noted the Catalogue Code, & the code of each item you wish to order. You can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD by calling our friendly Customer Service Department on 1300 00 18 19.
Cheques
To order by mail, please complete in full the order form located at the back of your catalogue. Please ensure you have completed your full name & address & (if known), your customer number. You can send your cheque made out to Quail Direct Pty Ltd, together with your order form to the following address: Unit 17/ 2 Daydream Street, Warriewood 2102. Please ensure that the amount of the cheque is identical to the amount on the order form and that you have signed the cheque.
Ordering online
Placing an order online with Quail Direct is a quick, easy & secure way to order!
You can search for the items you wish to purchase using the search bar at the top of the page using keywords or the item code, or you can browse through the various product categories.
We recommend using the first 3 letters of the item code to search as this simplifies the search.
Once you have located the item you wish to purchase, enter the quantity you wish to purchase, and click on the Green “Add to Cart” button. You will then be directed to the “Shopping Cart” where you can review the items in your cart.
When ordering items with Size / Colour options, please use the drop-down menu to select the correct size / colour.
You can return to the main page at any time by clicking on the Quail Direct Logo at the top of the page.
If at any time you wish to remove or edit the items in the cart, you can do this by using the update car, empty cart, remove item or by adjusting the quantity. Don’t forget to click on update cart & review all items.
Catalogue Code:
It is important to remember to enter the correct catalogue code prior to checkout to ensure that the appropriate Prices, special offers & Free Gifts are applied to your order.
The Catalogue code is located on your catalogue in the following locations, highlighted in Yellow.
Mailed Catalogue: The bottom left corner of both the Front & Back Cover, on the top of Page 2 in the How to Order Panel & also on the top of your Order Form.
Magazine insert: The bottom left corner of the front Cover & on the top of your Order Form.
The Catalogue code can be entered when in your Shopping Cart, once entered the correct Free Gift & Special Offer prices will update on the items in your cart.
If you do not enter a Catalogue code, the Free Gift & Special Offer prices will not be allocated to your order.
Shopping Cart:
It is important to review all items in your Shopping Cart prior to Checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the correct item, size, colour & quantity.
To proceed to the checkout, please click on the Green Proceed to secure Checkout button at the bottom of the screen.
Customer Information:
Please complete the required fields with your Name & address details. You are able to specify a different delivery address should you need to send the order to another person, or another shipping address. Please ensure that all the details in the address are correct. Quail Direct is not responsible for incorrect information in the delivery address leading to the loss or mis-delivery of your order.
After entering all the correct information, please click on the Blue Continue button, this will take you to the checkout screen.
Checkout:
Please review your order again as this is the last opportunity to check all items & prices are correct before payment.
Shipping costs are applied at checkout. Quail Direct Charges a flat rate delivery fee as indicated in your Catalogue. Shipping costs are not based on weight, number of items in your order or the delivery location. We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
Payment:
Quail Direct offers payment online via 2 methods.
Credit Card- we accept both Visa & MasterCard – our online payment system uses a secure gateway and all details are encrypted ensuring your details remain secure.
PayPal: Payal is a leader in online payment solutions operating in more than 100 countries worldwide. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Receipt:
Once your payment has been completed, you will be directed to the receipt for your order.
You can choose to print this for your records.
You will also receive an emailed Web Order Confirmation of your order to the email address you entered into the Customer Information. If you do not immediately see the email, please check your junk / spam mailbox.
Web Order Confirmation:
You will receive a web order confirmation to the email address you entered into the Customer Information.
This is an order confirmation only & does not constitute a receipt or Tax Invoice.
Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to ship, however, if payment is made through PayPal the order will be billed at the point of sale.
Please note: Any applicable discounts have been deducted from subtotal and may not show on individual line items. For example, special offer prices will be shown on the Web Order Confirmation as the full price prior to the discount being applied. Please check the order total as this will equal the total amount as displayed on the Checkout Page
Shipping:
The majority of orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt during our Business hours of Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm AEST/AEDT.
Orders placed online outside of these times will be shipped the next business day.
Your order will be delivered via Australia Post. All deliveries are subject to Australia Post’s terms & conditions. Please note that a full & complete address is required to ensure prompt & correct delivery. Quail Direct is not responsible for incorrect delivery information leading to the loss or mis-delivery of your order. The final delivery location will be determined by the individual Australia Post delivery person. If the delivery location is deemed not to be safe, your parcel may be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.
Quail Direct recommends that you use a current mobile phone number / email address when placing your order to ensure that you receive tracking information from Australia Post in relation to your order. You will receive either an email or text message from Australia Post advising of the tracking details for your order. We also recommend downloading the Australia Post app to your smart device.
Delivery Times
If the items in your order are in stock, they will usually be despatched within 24 hours.
All items that are not currently in stock will indicate a back in stock date on the item page. Please note that online orders containing an item currently on “back order”, the order will be held until we are able to fulfill all items within the order.
Depending upon your location in Australia, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Changes to online orders / Cancellation of online orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to alter or cancel an online order once it has been placed.
