Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy.
When you receive your items, please examine them carefully. If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, you have 45 days to return them; no explanation is necessary.
Personal use items including underwear, socks, bras, foot care products, any creams etc are unable to be accepted for return unless they are not used & in the original packaging.
Returns must be in original condition and packing, complete with any accessories and instructions.
Any shoes / clothing items should be checked to ensure they are the correct size before any tags / labels are removed. Footwear indicating outdoor wear to the soles are deemed as soiled and will be returned to you.
If a product has been returned for a refund or replacement, but it has been used or damaged due to misuse Quail Direct may decide to provide you with a partial refund or may send the product back to you.
The cost of returning any goods that are not damaged or faulty must be borne by you. Any costs incurred by us due to a fault on a product being caused by the consumer not taking reasonable care of the goods will be fully charged to the consumer.
Please return the item to Quail Direct by completing the Return Form located at the bottom of your invoice. Please complete all details & attach the Return Label to the outside of your parcel. If you are unable to locate the Return Form, please ensure that you include a note with your name, address & order number within the parcel.
Postage costs for returns remains the responsibility of the Customer.
In the rare instance that any item in your order arrives damaged or faulty, please call our friendly Customer Service department, 1300 00 18 19 they will arrange for the items to be replaced or refunded.
All products sold are warranted against defects, and all purchases are protected by Australian Consumer Law.
After shopping with Quail Direct you may receive a printed catalogue in the post. Our catalogues are delivered on a regular basis, with a new edition delivered once every 3-4 weeks.
