Our returns, Refunds and exchange policy.
When you receive your items, please examine them carefully. If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, you have 45 days to return them; no explanation is necessary. Please return the item to Quail Direct Quail Direct Pty Ltd, Unit 17 / 2 Daydream Street, Warriewood 2102. Or call our friendly Customer Service department, 1300 00 18 19 they will arrange for the items to be replaced or refunded. Returns must be in original condition and packing, complete with any accessories and instructions. The cost of returning any goods that are not damaged or faulty must be borne by you. Any costs incurred by us due to a fault on a product being caused by the consumer not taking reasonable care of the goods will be fully charged to the consumer.
Delivery on demand: Receive your order where and when you want, you choose! If your items are in stock you will usually be despatched within 48 hours, please allow up to 4 weeks. Please remember that if sending your order in via the post it may take a few days to reach us. The parcel will be delivered to the address you give us. If you would like this parcel delivered to an address other that your own you can indicate this when filling in your details.
