How to use (to heat it up):
- place the wrap in microwave as evenly as possible
- microwave on HIGH power for 1 MINUTE. 
- If more heat is needed, flip the product and continue to microwave in 30 SECONDS intervals
- Put the wrap on over your shoulder and neck. Use this product in 20 minute intervals.

How to use (as a cooling pad):
- put the wrap in sealable plastic bag then place in freezer
- chill the wrap for 1 to 3 hours.

This product should not be left in the freezer for longer than the recommended time.

- use in 20 minute intervals.

DO NOT!!!! 
- Do not exceed a total of 3 minutes heating time
- Do not leave unattended when heating

ONLY heat with microwave.  Do not heat with water or convection oven.
